5 physio tips to prevent tech neck

Here are 5 tips, from our Physiotherapists, to prevent tech neck


» Position your device/ monitor at eye level

» Sit up straight with shoulders back in the chair and feet flat on the ground (avoid slouching)

» Choose a chair which provides lumbar support for lower back

» Take a break after every 30-40 mins, stretch, walk around for 5 mins

» Take help from therapist to help treat the impact of device use.
